This service will fix one problem or answer one issue within ten minutes. Many clients have called up for the (quick answer). I can usually give the answer with the information given, but the problem was usually postponed until we schedule an onsite appointment. Within a couple minutes of remote service, these problems could be solved.

This service will give you a half an hour for repairing or tutoring one or multiple issues on one computer. If the service goes beyond 30 minutes it upgrades to full service.

Remote Tutoring Class
This remote service provides you with three hours of personal online tutoring. You can have all three hours at once or during a one week period. I have taught on many diverse subjects and all of my knowledge and experience will be at your disposal. Just call and see what we can accomplish in three hours. These three hours do not include repairs.

On-site Service
If you live in the Sarasota County area, I'll drive to your house to fix your computer. The First half hour is $50 minimum. If the service passes 40 minutes, the charge will then move to my hourly rate of $75 an hour.

Drop-off Service
I advise this service for computer repairs that take a couple hours. It is just a flat rate. So, you pay one fee no matter how many hours it takes.

- The operating system needs reinstallation
- Parts need to be ordered

Laptop Soldering Job
Many users get rough with plugging and unplugging the laptop. Often, the laptop plug breaks and stops powering your laptop. I offer the rare service of soldering and/or replacing the plug. This service has a 30 day warranty and if needed, parts are additional.
