I live in Venice, Florida and service the greater Sarasota County Area for on-site service. For onsite travel further than 20 minutes from where I live, there will be an additional trip-charge.

Remote Tech Support

With the your permission, a small .exe file automatically downloads to your PC. It's the interface through which I communicate with you and conduct remote support. The Applet automatically removes itself from the remote PC at session conclusion.

The Applet provides your remote computer with:

• Interactive Chat and detailed Session History
• Prompts to permit or deny Technician access to all functions
• File Transfer to the Technician
• Ability to stop Remote Control or disconnect at any time

Remote Requirements

The only requirements you need for remote support are:

• Windows Vista, XP & Server 2003 (all including 64-bit); Windows 98, ME & 2000
• Broadband connectivity to the Internet (i.e., T1, cable modem, ISDN, or DSL)

Remote Security

This remote service is very secure and provides you total control

Your secure remote session includes

• Authority for me to use each remote function (Remote Control, Desktop View, File Transfer, System Information, and Reboot & Reconnect)
• You can choose to terminate the session at any time
• All traces of the Customer Applet disappear from the remote PC when the session is finished
• All Sessions comply with HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley and other corporate, local, and federal legislation with end-to-end, 256-bit SSL encryption, the same security levels used and trusted by major banking institutions
